Elektroautos gelten gemeinhin als gemächliche City-Flitzer, die alle Paar Stunden an die Steckdose müssen. Aber es geht auch anders: Der "Radical SRZero"-Rennwagen fährt zwar mit Strom, kommt allerdings in sieben Sekunden auf Tempo 200. Ein Maschinenbauer aus Hannover hat mit dem Gefährt 26.000 Kilometer zurückgelegt.

Competitors in the Shell Racing Solutions Radical Masters, and Dunlop Radical UK Cup were rewarded with two thrilling races at Imola, Italy this weekend, as both series move into the latter half of the season. The fast-paced races, held alongside the Le Mans Series weekend, rewarded Race Team Solutions’ Per Staff Jnr, and the Radical UK Works Team pairing of Shaun Balfe/Roger Bromiley with a win apiece.

A record grid of 48 racers made up a thrilling start to Radical's endurance racing season, as the Shell Racing Solutions Radical Masters, and Dunlop Radical UK Cup joined forces at Silverstone this weekend. The Radical Works Team pairing of Shaun Balfe and Roger Bromiley scooped victory in Race 1, with Swedish solo driver Per Staaf Jnr, of Race Team Solutions, taking the win in Race 2.
